The **Apple M0120 **is a standalone numeric keypad. It was introduced by [[Apple]] alongside the Macintosh Keyboard (M0110), as the main keyboard unit lacked a keypad.

===== Construction =====

The construction is extremely similar to that of the Apple M0110, with a two-part case uses the same design language as that of the original Macintosh keyboard. Unlike the original Macintosh keyboard, there is no Apple branding on the top case, only the embossed text on the bottom tray where the label sits. The screws appear to be of a slightly different design that could potentially be opened with an Allen wrench.

Two RJ11-style ports are present on the back, one for which the keyboard to connect to, and the other for the keypad to connect to the computer. Next to each port is an embossed logo which indicates what each port is intended for.

==== Switches and Keycaps ====

The keyboard exclusively uses Alps SKCC Tall Cream switches. As of the creation of this article, no units have been documented with any other switch type (e.g., Mitsumi Std. Mechanical).

The keycaps are of identical design to those used on the Apple M0110 series - dye-sublimated PBT, with a cruciform mount that is only compatible with Alps SKCC switches.
