The Unitek K-150M was an AT layout keyboard produced by Dah Yang. It uses ABS pad-print keycaps and uses Cherry MX Black switches.

Description

The K-150M was primarily used and sometimes rebranded by third party computer brands. Some of these include Laser XT1), BY-COM2), PCS3) and S P C4).

Construction

Case and Internals

The keyboard consists of three parts: a ABS top, painted steel bottom case and an internal assembly

Top case

Externally, the top case has a lock-light sticker in its top-right corner and a badge cutout in it's top-left corner.
Currently, there are no documented internal pictures.

Bottom case

Externally, there is a country of origin stamped into the bottom right and two stickers: one with the keyboard model number, serial number, FCC ID, manufacturer and country of origin, and the other being a warranty void if removed sticker. It also has six total feet: four non-slip feet and two flip-out feet with accompanying cutouts for them in the case.
Currently, there are no documented internal pictures.

Assembly

The top of the PCB has a serial number sticker. The bottom has a marking with the manufacturer (Dah Yang) and the model number (K150M).5)

Keycaps

The keycaps are MX mount ABS pad-prints presumably produced by Dah Yang.
