Alps SKFL is a linear switch in the Alps SKFL series.
Characteristics
Rather than a traditional top and bottom housing, the switch's housing holds all components of the switch, kept in place by a bent metal top. The switchplate is similar in appearance and function to that of Alps SKFM, though they are mutually incompatible. The metal top also acts as a jumper when soldered, and the housing has a cavity opposite the switchplate for a diode or LED; LED variants have a cutout in the metal top to accomodate it.
